COREtec Plus XL Enhanced by US Floors is an enhanced vinyl plank collection with an embossed grain patte~. The "Plus" in COREtec Plus XL Enhanced refers to its' attached pad , a distinctive, cork underlayment that insulates from hot and cold,sound,and moisture, providing a natural resistance to mold and mildew.The Patented construction features an innovative extruded core made from recycled wood and bamboo dust, limestone and virgin PVC. This Luxury Vinyl is 100% waterproof, can be installed in wet areas and will never swell when exposed to water. The product does not require acclimation and can be floated over most any existing floor suFace or substrate without telegraphing that you see from other locking or glue-down LVP products.

The floor is GORGEOUS, and we installed a portion of it directly over existing tile- you would never know! I couldn’t be happier with the look and feel of it... and we just moved from a house with beautiful hardwood floors, so I would consider us very picky on “fake†products like this. I haven’t had it long enough to rate durability, but we’ve been arranging furniture on it, and it hasn’t scratched at all. Highly recommend!
