Featuring a unique core structure that keeps the floors from swelling and contracting from exposure to moisture, homeowners never have to worry about the fidelity of their floor as COREtec Plus 7" will maintain it's integrity. The "Plus" in COREtec Plus 5" refers to its' attached pad , a distinctive, cork underlayment that insulates from hot and cold,sound,and moisture, providing a natural resistance to mold and mildew.

I LOVE this flooring. I installed approx. 1000 sq. feet of this last summer and fall. Installation was easy. I love how easy this is to clean. I just use my steam mop. And I love that moving furniture around does not scratch this flooring. This is just what I needed for a house full of kids and pets. I am about to start installing this in bedrooms next.
