Engineered with a 18 oz. face weight, a pile density of 6416 oz./yd3, a 1/12 gauge construction, it delivers the density and structure that high-traffic commercial floors require. The 12" x 48" plank format, supported by Nexus Modular backing, makes installation straightforward and individual tile replacement practical. The plank format works particularly well in open-plan offices, corridors, and collaborative spaces where a contemporary floor aesthetic is part of the design brief.
