Anderson, joined the company in 1950 and served as president until 1988, when his son-in-law, Donald Finkell, became the current president. Robert’s widow and their four daughters serve actively on the board. And several of LW’s great-grandchildren are involved in the company as well, working in all aspects of the business, from plant management to marketing.
