"Shopping for new flooring is a huge task, and even bigger financial decision. My husband and I were told about Carpet Express through friends who have used them in the past. Our experience from the beginning has been nothing but fabulous. We did do some initial shopping in town, but do not feel a bit guilty about making our final decision with Carpet Express. Why? Several reasons, first, the price! We were able to get what we truly wanted within our budget…we saved 1,200 dollars. Then, I have to say, though keeping in budget is important, our second reason, is really tied with our first reason. The customer service is bar none the best out there!!! When shopping in town we dealt with pleasant people, however, I am amazed at how there was no follow through. If we had made a connection with a salesperson in town I would have felt guilty going to Carpet Express to save money, but we did our homework at four stores….and not one sales person called us to follow up on our visit. Once we narrowed down our selections we called Carpet Express and Tracey Spencer has been incredibly patient and helpful in so many ways. She answered all our questions through out the process, giving us the confidence that we were dealing with a professional, yet friendly company. We did request color samples for the carpet we decided on, along with samples of other carpets to be bound into a rug…they all arrived so quickly, that I don’t feel there was any delay in our making our final decisions. The carpet is set to be delivered and installed soon, and I have no doubt we will be very happy with our purchase. Poor Tracey has had to wait on our final decision for the rug, but no pressure….she understands that we have been playing with color selection and size! Can’t wait to make our final decision and order the rug through Tracey!On another comment site I mentioned that I plan on being the “mini-marketer†here in Texas…I’ve already told two other families about Tracey and Carpet Express! BTW….though I think Tracey is the cats meow…..every time I call Carpet Express the person who answers the phone is very friendly and upbeat….I have no doubt all the sales representatives are as good as Tracey.!"
