\"OpusEnhanceLogo\"<\/a>Karndean has recently come out with a new Opus Enhance range. The products in this collection have unprecedented slip resistance, they scored a result of 40 plus in the Pendulum Wet Test. The Pendulum Wet Test measures dynamic coefficient of friction (CoF). The test is designed to replicate a pedestrian heel strike, which is the point where most slips occur. When the pedestrian’s heel strikes a wet floor, a fluid film is created between the two and that can cause a slip. Also, this test can be used to accurately test the slip potential on clean, dry, or contaminated flooring.
\nThe Opus Enhance collection is HSE compliant, and it offers the same intricate detail and designs as the Opus collection. The six planks and two large format tiles achieve a R12 rating. The Opus Enhance Collection will work great in hair salons, hotels, retail environments, and many other commercial settings. The enhancement to the PU coating allows for added grip without compromising the design.<\/p>\n
